1.If I realized that i was just "stuff" and there was nothing meta physical about me would make me feel confused. For example in the film on mysterium tremendum the transcendent beings who were made of light would feel happy because we seem to think of light as good or righteous. If If I realized i was just stuff and nothing more then why was i brought up, why was i created surely I would feel that there was more of a purpose to my life than just being stuff. But it would also feel surreal knowing that this life i have is all i have. I would make the most of this body of stuff as possible. I would feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulder knowing that in a way i would be the center of my own universe. Realizing that i was just a body id surely begin to life every life to the fullest because i wouldn't have to worry about the beyond and focus on the time i have left as just stuff. I feel as if tho i would appreciate my consciousness a lot more. We never think about it as much as we should. We have our own thoughts and we can ask ourselves questions and think and process for ourselves. Knowing that im just stuff, i would spend more time in my own mind because its there where i could always find my peace and its there where i have my own world.
2.One example of platos allagory of the cave that came to me before in life was when i first learned of this idea created by plato in highschool and before this i had thought that this place we were in the universe was the only place we were limited to. After reading of plato I began to wonder that maybe this earth was just our own cave. We grew in it and it's all we've come to know and see but now i cant cant conclude that this is it. The people in the cave must have thought that the cave was there world, the only place they would live and die but once they left the cave they found beauty in what they saw. Maybe we're just stuck here and haven't figured out how to escape. Another think i used to think that the sun was just a giant ball of fire because it was so hot and had the color of flames. Like the people in the cave who's only light was that of a fire in the distance. They must have thought that this was their only light source just a flame and who knows what will happen if the flame goes out, such as now how some wonder what will happen when the sun goes out. My mistake was thinking that it was just a ball of fire our sun is a star and is the most essential star that gives us energy here on earth
